1. Six-Month Warranty Commitment
- Warranty Period: All new semi-trailers and heavy machinery sold by YS-Shipping carry a six-month (180 days) warranty, effective from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: This warranty covers defects in manufacturers' workmanship, parts, and materials. Upon verification, we will provide repair solutions or replacement parts free of charge.
- Registration: For vehicles purchased through dealers, the product must be registered with us within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Wear Parts: Items subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, brake linings, lights, and seals.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by lack of routine maintenance, misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.
- External Factors: Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or repairs/alterations attempted by third parties.
- Routine Adjustments: Normal user alignments, parameter tuning, and machine settings are the responsibility of the user.
3. Technical Support & Spare Parts
- 24/7 Remote Support: Our engineering team provides multi-language technical assistance via WhatsApp (+86 13267093249).
- Installation: Technical support for installing replacement parts is provided primarily via video calls or online manuals. The labor required for installation is the responsibility of the user.
- Spare Parts Reserve: We maintain a dedicated inventory of spare parts to ensure rapid supply for our partners and minimize equipment downtime.
4. Claim & Return Procedure
- Time Requirement: Any transit damage must be reported to your Account Manager within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
- Returning Defective Parts: If a core component replacement is required, the defective part must be securely packaged and returned to our Guangzhou Headquarters for technical verification.
- Shipping & Handling: The user is responsible for all shipping costs and adequate packaging for returned items to prevent secondary damage during transit.
