1. Refund Instructions

  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 1–2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
  • Bank Clearance: Depending on international banking procedures (such as intermediary banks), it may take 1–5 business days for the funds to return to your account.
  • Original Currency: To avoid exchange rate losses, all refunds will be made in the original currency and to the original payment method (credit/debit card or online banking) provided at the time of purchase.
  • Account Changes: If you no longer use the original card or account, please contact us in advance.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Undamaged Products: If the product is not damaged and is returned in its original condition, we will provide a full refund.
  • Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any other charges (such as handling or transit damage) incurred during the return process.
  • DDP & Clearance Fees: Please note that logistics and clearing fees already processed in West Africa are non-refundable.
