Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- 30-Day Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.
- Scope of Acceptance: We accept returns for both defective products and general change-of-mind, provided the condition requirements are met.
2. Non-Refundable Costs
- Logistics & DDP Fees: Due to the specific nature of trade with West Africa, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) clearing fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable once the cargo has been processed or cleared through customs.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and handling charges incurred during the return process back to our China warehouse.
3. Refund Processing
- Original Currency Refund: To ensure transparency and avoid exchange rate losses, all refunds will be issued in the original currency used at the time of payment/collection.
- Warehouse Inspection: Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after the goods arrive at our Guangzhou warehouse and pass inspection.
- Bank Arrival: Depending on international banking procedures, please allow 1–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
